About the Role

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail-focused Scan Coordinator to join their team in Arvada, CO. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about accuracy and keen on promoting healthier shopping experiences through careful price management at one of the fastest growing natural food retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly updates to prices including updating shelf tags and promotional signage.
• Verify accuracy of weekly advertisements, promotions, and pricing labels across all store departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and governmental regulations related to pricing and compliance.
• Maintain speed and precision in executing price changes to preserve store pricing integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage and track scanning programs, reports, and schedules.
• Proficient in mathematics and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Outgoing personality with a positive approach and ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Availability to work varied hours and shifts as business needs dictate.
• Capable of reading price tags, creating and posting signs; requires good vision to set and read signs.
• Physical ability to staple, scan, use a computer system for price updates, handle a step ladder safely.
• Physically able to lift boxes weighing up to 17 pounds and transfer them up to 8 feet for extended periods (up to 1 hour).
• Prepared to walk about 4 miles during an 8-hour shift and perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, or squatting for extended durations (up to 50 hours).

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $29.15, with specific pay determined based on experience and qualifications.
