Job Overview

We are seeking a sanitation operator to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment for our customers. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing the interior of the store, parking lot, and surrounding areas, ensuring a bright and spotless atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep all necessary areas both inside and outside the store.
• Mop all designated interior store areas.
• Spray parking lots and clean shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathroom facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the customer seating area, including tables and chairs.
• Organize and keep supplies in the stockroom orderly.

Candidate Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Position demands include moving objects with exertion up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Exposure to varying internal and external environmental conditions.
• Work environment includes fluctuating temperatures and noise typical of a shop setting.
• Potential exposure to known allergens, such as nuts.
• Production and processing area noise levels are expected.
