About the Role
Join ALS's Environmental Division in Stafford, Queensland, as a Sample Receipt Officer within a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the operation of a commercial laboratory. This position involves managing incoming and outgoing goods to ensure smooth laboratory processes through precise handling and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify client deliveries to ensure samples meet testing criteria.
- Handle the processing, sorting, and labeling of incoming sample shipments.
- Interpret and manage client documentation associated with samples.
- Coordinate and follow up on freight pick-ups for local and interstate samples.
- Communicate with internal and external clients regarding sample submissions.
- Maintain filing and documentation systems accurately.
- Perform general housekeeping duties within the facility.
- Uphold excellent occupational health and safety standards.
