About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Vlocity Developer/Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis in Melbourne, Victoria. The ideal candidate will focus on crafting scalable, customer-centric digital solutions using the Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), specifically within the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
- Implement and refine industry-specific Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) workflows, managing product catalogs, pricing strategies, and rule sets.
- Design and improve Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and order management workflows to enhance service activation and delivery efficiency.
- Integrate the Communications Cloud platform seamlessly with external telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP via Salesforce APIs, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to convert business needs into robust technical designs.
- Engage in code reviews, participate in quality assurance testing, plan deployments, and provide ongoing production support by diagnosing and resolving issues.
Skills & Expertise
Practical expertise is required in the development and customization within Salesforce Vlocity Communications Cloud environments, especially with OmniStudio tools and Salesforce API integrations.
