Role Summary

We are searching for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Telecommunications to spearhead architecture design and implementation of Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions. The position requires leadership in enterprise architecture, guiding large-scale transformation projects, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-performing solutions for telecom operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Salesforce Communication and Revenue Cloud architectures.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to telecommunications clients.
• Conduct architecture reviews and establish technical standards and best practices.
• Design and implement integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware systems.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and align requirements.
• Provide mentorship to technical teams and supervise delivery quality.
• Contribute to strategic roadmap development and platform modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Over 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years dedicated to solution architecture and Salesforce implementations.
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant accreditation.
• Preferred Salesforce Industries Architect certification.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Salesforce Communication Cloud or Revenue Cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Product Catalog, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), and Order Management systems.
• Experience with OmniStudio framework and Salesforce Industries products.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations and API-driven architecture.
• Advanced skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
• Familiarity with telecom Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience using MuleSoft, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration techniques.
