About the Role
Beth's Beautiful Destinations is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator operating fully remotely within Canada. This role integrates multiple operational workflows including Incoming Destination-Management tasks related to Italy and Mediterranean locations, coordinating with Renata Travel DMC Workflow, and providing thorough sales support. The Coordinator ensures accuracy of source data, controls deadlines, and maintains transparent status visibility from initial intake through to final handoff.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage sales support duties using CRM and Opportunity Tracking tools to maintain traceable source accuracy within the Canada-based workflow.
- Critically examine incoming data in coordination with Renata Travel DMC Workflow to identify and address any incomplete or inconsistent information before advancing in the process.
- Monitor and track open tasks related to sales and proposal support, ensuring deadlines and ownership are clear and observable.
- Record all decisions and handoffs meticulously so that team members can seamlessly continue work without loss of context or history.
- Leverage product knowledge and status tracking to assist quality assurance and escalate any issues when records do not confirm expected status evidence.
Success Criteria
Success in this position is measured by reliable status tracking, consistent proposal and sales support, robust deadline management, ownership assignment to pending issues, and comprehensive documentation that provides verifiable evidence of completed work.
Role Fit
- Hands-on experience with destination-management operations specific to Italy and Mediterranean regions and familiarity with Renata Travel DMC Workflow and opportunity tracking in remote settings.
- Effective and clear written communication skills, especially in CRM documentation of ownership, workflow status, and next steps.
- Strong application of product knowledge and research skills to uphold accurate and current workflow records.
- Sound judgment in supporting sales and proposal operations, including the ability to determine when an issue requires escalation.
Details
- Position type: Full-time, associate level.
- Work environment: 100% remote within Canada.
- Salary range: $42,000 to $66,000 annually.
