Role Overview

The Sales Support Associate will oversee onboarding new merchants, ensuring a seamless set-up and launch experience. This role involves guiding merchants on menu arrangements, operational preparations, best practices for platform usage, and advising on improvements to quality, customer satisfaction, and order volume. The associate will monitor merchant performance, aid in market expansion efforts, act as the primary liaison for onboarding queries, and collaborate across Commercial, Merchant Services, Operations, and Support teams. Continual enhancement of onboarding procedures and merchant experience is a key responsibility to ensure merchants thrive and grow on the platform.

Candidate Profile

• Experience preferred in customer service or other client-facing roles; recent graduates with strong communication and proactive approaches are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable with technology and quickly adapting to new software tools and systems.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Capable of multitasking and managing coordination in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Albanian and competent in English communication.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly for business.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Monday.com, Slack or similar tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food delivery, marketplaces or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
