Role Overview
As the inaugural member of the new sales enablement team, you will define how Gallagher Security's sales teams operate by equipping regional teams with the necessary tools, insights, and resources. This role involves collaborating across multiple departments to remove obstacles, foster alignment, and establish effective sales enablement routines that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong partnerships with regional sales teams and head office to identify and eliminate obstacles to effective selling.
- Establish and facilitate a recurring sales enablement forum for updates, regional needs, and roadmap planning.
- Design and maintain practical enablement materials such as presentations and tools to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Gather regional market data, competitor analysis, and win/loss feedback to inform internal teams and improve market responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the training team to address skill gaps, support structured learning journeys, and enhance onboarding experiences.
- Leverage AI technologies and commercial data to boost sales team learning, engagement, and performance.
Candidate Profile
- Brings at least 7 years of combined sales and enablement experience, ideally including direct sales involvement.
- Experienced in complex, multi-product, and multi-regional business settings.
- Possesses strong commercial insight to analyze pipeline data, recognize trends, and link performance to enablement efforts.
- Excellent at managing stakeholders with influence and coordination skills beyond formal authority.
- Skilled communicator and facilitator capable of simplifying complex information into engaging content.
- Knowledgeable about AI applications to enhance sales training and productivity.
- Self-motivated, structured, and adaptable to working across various time zones.

Join a worldwide, forward-thinking company that values creativity, innovation, collaboration, and respect. Gallagher fosters a supportive atmosphere that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Competitive salaries with performance bonuses.
- Flexible hybrid work model with typical onsite presence three days per week and occasional additional onsite requirements.
- Comprehensive benefits including KiwiSaver, life, and disability insurance.
- Opportunities for mentorship and career development.
- A collaborative culture with team-building activities and inspiring events.
