Overview
Rocky Batteries is seeking a female Sales Executive to work flexibly from home, providing sales, marketing, and customer support services. This part-time role requires periodic visits to the Kolkata office twice weekly.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct online sales and marketing activities.
- Perform telecalling to potential clients using IndiaMART and other lead generation platforms.
- Manage customer service interactions and follow up with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate regularly with the team in the office.
Candidate Requirements
- MUST have a smartphone and laptop or desktop.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Effective communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages.
- Previous experience or understanding of IndiaMART or similar lead portals is desirable.
- Familiarity with digital social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube is advantageous.
