About the Role
L&T Valves is seeking energetic Sales Engineers to lead sales efforts and develop business opportunities for industrial valves and flow-control systems in designated regions and market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate inquiries, fostering new business prospects.
- Promote a range of industrial valves and flow-control products to clients.
- Engage in technical discussions, prepare proposals, and submit offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support order processing and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet defined sales targets and contribute to market growth initiatives.
- Track competitor activities and analyze market developments.
- Produce sales forecasts, management information system reports, and update sales pipelines regularly.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Have 4 to 5 years of experience in sales related to industrial valves, pumps, flow-control systems, or process equipment.
- Preferably experienced in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Chemical, or Process industries.
- Demonstrate effective communication and customer relationship management skills.
