Role Overview
We are expanding our Sales team in Munich by recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate growth of the Ideals VDR business unit within the corporate sector in Germany. Ideals is ranked in the top 10% of companies on RepVue by sales professionals. Supported by a superior product and leadership, you will engage with key decision-makers in Corporate Development, Legal, M&A, Strategy, and C-Suite within the DACH region, focusing on secure and high-stakes transactional collaboration.
This position is primarily remote, with mandatory weekly meetings at our Munich co-working space, offering hybrid work flexibility within a global team of over 500 employees across more than 30 countries. The technology tools utilized include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Woodpecker, and Aircall.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed B2B account mapping, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach targeting corporate accounts in Germany.
- Conduct comprehensive account research and profiling prior to outreach.
- Qualify leads efficiently and arrange product demonstrations for Key Account and Account Executive teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive communication and engagement.
- Collect insightful feedback and guide prospects through the buyer qualification process.
- Support planning and coordination of local corporate and M&A events; share relevant industry insights with key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably possesses 1 to 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in sales tactics with the aptitude to quickly build rapport and facilitate relationship building.
- Adept at swiftly learning and adapting based on constructive feedback.
- Native fluency in German is required.
- Strong business communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
Desirable Qualifications
- Understanding of major players and trends in the finance industry.
- Experience liaising with executive-level (C-suite) contacts.
- Previous exposure to SaaS industry dynamics.
Hiring Process

- Role play and hiring manager interview (approximately 60 minutes).
- Competency-based interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (45-60 minutes).
