About the Role
Arrow Powertech Private Limited is seeking a Sales Coordinator to be based at their Ahmedabad head office. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates. The role involves supporting after-sales service and managing dispatch logistics while serving as an essential link between dealers, customers, and the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage after-sales support activities and address customer inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate dispatch and oversee logistics operations.
- Maintain communication and coordination among dealers, customers, and sales personnel.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and support lead generation efforts.
- Handle customer-related emails and messages professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, service support, dispatch, or logistics roles is favorable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal coordination skills are important.
- Fresh graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Remuneration ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 per month based on expertise and experience.
