Electride Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, driven Sales & Customer Operations Executive based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The candidate will engage in active sales calling, persistent lead follow-ups, converting walk-in customers, and managing rental and service accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating KYC procedures, handling vehicle handovers, chasing payments related to rentals, sales, and repairs, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth internal coordination to guarantee issue resolution.
