About the Role

Lenskart is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to be part of their retail sales team in Rajkot, Gujarat. This full-time position involves engaging with customers to understand their eyewear needs, recommending appropriate frames and lenses, and ensuring exceptional service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and assess their preferences and eyewear requirements.
• Advise on suitable frames, sunglasses, lens types, coatings, features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store sales targets, improving conversion rates and average order value.
• Develop strong customer relationships through personalized recommendations and professional handling of inquiries and concerns.
• Manage billing, digital payments, order processing, and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain store presentation through product displays, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory upkeep.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures, sales protocols, and customer service standards.
• Accurately record sales and customer information.
• Support daily store operations and perform additional duties as directed by the Store Manager.
• Contribute towards enhancing customer satisfaction and improving net promoter scores (NPS).

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard pass; graduates preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or related sectors like optical, fashion, or lifestyle sales is advantageous; freshers may be considered where applicable.
• Effective communication paired with strong active listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customers and convert leads into sales successfully.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital payment systems.
• A positive mindset, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Target-driven, proactive, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation & Additional Details

This role offers a monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 23,000 INR. Employment is based onsite at the store location.
