Role Overview
We seek an experienced Sales Assistant to join our UK store and concession teams. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, aiming to provide outstanding customer service aligned with achieving our business targets. Maintaining high standards of food safety, cash management, and store appearance is essential to uphold our premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable Godiva experience.
- Serve quality products and beverages meeting GODIVA's high standards.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming, and in excellent condition.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cash handling protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in retail.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and results driven.
- Well-educated with relevant professional experience in a comparable role.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive, energetic, "can-do" mindset.
- Genuine passion for chocolate and the brand.
- Fluent in English.
