Job description
Role Overview
We seek a Rubber Testing Executive to contribute to rubber testing procedures, compound development, production scheduling, and quality assurance within the KDJ Group.
Main Duties
- Perform testing on raw materials and rubber compounds according to established Quality Plans.
- Collaborate with Production to coordinate rubber compound demands and mixing schedules.
- Evaluate reports related to rejections, rework, kneader operations, and mixing mill outputs.
- Oversee inventory management of rubber and rubber chemicals and assist in procurement activities.
- Aid in the development of new rubber compounds and optimize cost-effectiveness alongside desired properties.
- Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for testing data, inventory, compound development, and rejection analyses.
- Adhere to ISO standards, 5S methodology, and quality management systems.
- Engage in job rotations throughout Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance departments.
Qualifications
The candidate should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges between 20,000 to 22,000 INR.
