Roofing Service Foreman

CentiMark Ltd., part of North America's leading roofing contractor CentiMark Corporation, is looking for a skilled Roofing Service Foreman to join the team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Onsite safety training and job-specific instruction will be provided to ensure high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks accurately
• Perform appropriate repairs on various roof types
• Manage minor repair jobs and roof maintenance tasks
• Utilize tablets and smartphone applications effectively on the job
• Strictly adhere to all job site safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Solid understanding of commercial and industrial roofing processes and safety requirements
• Hands-on experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roof repairs
• Authorized to work in Canada and holds a valid provincial driver’s license in good standing
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders up to 25 feet high
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Availability to work on weekends when needed
• Own reliable transportation; company vehicle also supplied
• Prior experience as a Service Helper is an advantage but not mandatory
