Rigid Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Role Overview

The company is seeking experienced Multi Drop Delivery Drivers possessing a Category C licence to join a thriving transport team. This role offers an excellent chance for dedicated drivers who prioritize customer service, safety, and efficiency in a lively, fast-paced setting delivering products throughout their assigned routes.

Key Duties

• Perform multiple deliveries to customers within a designated route area.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries when possible.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation, including invoices and paperwork within required deadlines.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and loads to maintain safety and compliance.
• Follow all Food Safety protocols and company operational procedures rigorously.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Work efficiently with a proactive approach focusing on health and safety standards.
• Achieve or surpass set delivery accuracy and performance goals.
• Report any damages, accidents, or issues concerning Food Safety without delay.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid full Category C Driving Licence.
• Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Card required.
• Digital Tachograph Card must be held.
• Excellent communication and ability to work well within a team context.
• Can effectively resolve routine issues and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational skills enabling accurate and methodical paperwork completion.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good time management capabilities.
• Demonstrates leadership traits and a forward-thinking attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience (preferably a minimum of one year) in multi-drop delivery.
• Good knowledge of local geography for efficient routing.
• Experience handling temperature-controlled products is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided.

• An annual salary of €43,369.66 plus a tax-free subsistence allowance of €16.50 for each qualifying day worked.
