Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Rewards Analyst for a 12-month contract position based in Geelong, Victoria. This role involves delivering effective reward programs, insights and experiences that ensure employees feel valued and supported across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing annual remuneration reviews, job evaluations, and benefit programs internationally.
  • Analyze salary data, market trends, and reward insights to guide strategic reward decisions.
  • Maintain accurate reward data, remuneration structures, and system information to uphold data integrity.
  • Support reward governance ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Execute reward processes efficiently and on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Performance and broader business units.
  • Ensure reward information is reliable and accessible to support business and personnel decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Rewards, Benefits, or HR fields with a strong curiosity for data interpretation.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel features and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-site environment is advantageous.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity identification.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
