Retail Store Manager

About the Role

Yarn Mart is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily functions of its warehouse and retail operations located in Sanganer, Jaipur. This role involves supervising diverse teams including Helpers, Delivery Personnel, Warehouse Staff, and Counter Representatives. The manager will ensure proper stock handling, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.

Primary Duties

• Manage daily activities at the warehouse and retail store efficiently.
• Lead and assign tasks to team members across various departments.
• Oversee receiving, storage, handling, and prompt dispatch of goods.
• Conduct consistent stock audits and keep precise inventory records.
• Communicate effectively with clientele and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and uphold safety protocols.
• Monitor staff attendance, generate daily work reports, and enhance team productivity.
• Ensure materials are delivered to customers on schedule.
• Address operational challenges and provide management with detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A graduate degree is preferred.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience supervising warehouse, retail, textile, or similar operations.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Strong communication capabilities and sharp problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Integrity, responsibility, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
• Capability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Sunday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
