Role Overview

As a Retail Store Coordinator based in Carleton Place, you will lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a lively retail environment. This position involves managing store operations, merchandising, and Associate development to foster collaboration and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, merchandise processing, and back room management.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure the team is aligned and aware of store operations and service expectations.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively, fostering teamwork and training Associates on company service guidelines and procedures.
• Develop Associates by coaching them on merchandise presentation and customer service to cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
• Create engaging merchandise displays that enhance the store’s brand presence and align with value strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service environments with a strong understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build positive working relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management to ensure clear information flow and task prioritization.

Additional Information
