Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by cultivating a customer-obsessed approach and providing a world-class experience daily.
• Collaborate with retail peers at various levels to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
• Engage customers throughout their journey—from greeting them to post-sale follow-up—building lasting relationships.
• Exemplify benchmark sales techniques across retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Promote and partake in team selling efforts to support achievement of store sales targets and metrics.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store setup projects, and inventory stock counts.
• Operate the cash register as a cashier responsibly and accurately.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain on your feet and walk during most of your shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders to access merchandise or supplies.
• Good visual acuity to differentiate fabric colors and patterns.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $21.50 to $23.00, with the final rate determined by your skills, background, and experience, as well as relevant local wage laws.
