Role Overview
This is a full-time position based on-site in Port Harcourt. The Retail Development Manager will be responsible for leading, building, and managing a team dedicated to implementing and executing retail sales strategies effectively.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales along with business planning capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective interpersonal and professional interaction.
- Leadership abilities characterized by proactive problem identification and decision-making skills.
- Educational credentials of HND, BSc, or a Master's degree in any discipline.
