Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee all daily restaurant activities, lead a dynamic team, ensure quality in service and food, and boost sales and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth outlet functioning.
• Guide, train, and inspire restaurant staff to meet sales and operational goals.
• Guarantee superior customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supervise food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety norms.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, wastage reduction, and operational needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and quality benchmarks.
• Address customer complaints and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Track daily sales, expenses, and overall performance of the outlet.
• Coordinate between kitchen, front of house, and support teams for seamless workflow.
• Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational documentation and reports.
• Optimize staff scheduling and manpower allocation effectively.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving sales, profitability, and overall outlet success.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurants, Restaurants, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors.
• Preferably holds a graduate degree.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Capacity to manage high-paced operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and restaurant SOPs considered an added advantage.

Compensation and Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 24,000.
