Position Overview

We are looking for a confident Restaurant Manager to join our energetic and supportive team from the start and be part of one of the UK's most beloved restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently friendly, courteous, and professional service at the highest standards, setting a positive example for the team.
• Recruit, build, and maintain an efficient workforce aligned with business goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning where all team members feel appreciated and motivated.
• Manage staff performance in accordance with company skills and standards, providing regular feedback and conducting appraisals.
• Ensure prompt and effective responses to all guest inquiries and requests.
• Review Mystery Diner reports, share insights with the team, and implement improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in restaurant management roles.
• Proven ability to oversee and support multiple managers and the entire front-of-house operation.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent command of the English language.
