Restaurant Manager

Overview

This role requires management of a restaurant’s daily operations in Acton, Ontario. English communication skills and relevant education are necessary.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Educational Qualifications

• Possession of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma that spans from three months up to less than one year.

Experience Required

A minimum of one year and less than two years of relevant work experience is essential to perform the duties effectively.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position; all job functions must be conducted at the physical restaurant location. Remote work is not permitted.

• Analyze budgetary data to enhance and sustain profitability.
• Assess daily restaurant operations for efficiency.
• Oversee and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Develop and manage staff work schedules.
• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training to staff to maintain service standards.
• Manage inventory organization and control.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
