Role Overview
The Resourcing Advisor will be based in Munich, collaborating with international teams to match consultants to projects effectively. This role involves understanding project requirements and consultant availability, balancing company targets, skills, and preferences to optimize resource allocation. The position also supports Learning and Development initiatives by assisting in scheduling training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign consultants to projects according to specific project demands.
- Serve as the main liaison for Partners and project directors concerning resourcing.
- Maintain and oversee the accuracy and efficiency of the resourcing system.
- Support project finalization procedures.
- Develop detailed project resourcing plans using forecasting tools.
- Communicate with consultants to keep their availability data current.
- Forecast resource shortages influenced by holidays, sick leave, or project locations.
- Generate and analyze monthly resourcing reports.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including training on timesheet systems.
- Partner with HR to provide insights on project pipelines and resource capacities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing resourcing in professional services or similar project-driven environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other relevant technologies.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and consultants.
