Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Research Analyst position in Dubai involves executing comprehensive market and industry research focused on Dubai's and UAE's real estate sectors. Responsibilities encompass the collection, cleansing, and examination of both quantitative and qualitative datasets, constructing statistical and financial documentation, and generating insights to inform project viability, pricing policies, and investor presentations. The candidate will work closely with finance, sales, and development teams to translate data into actionable strategies, monitor regulatory developments, create leadership dashboards, and contribute to forecasting and knowledge-sharing systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient analytical abilities with statistical expertise enabling effective data interpretation, model construction, and insight generation.
  • Experienced in market research methodologies relevant to real estate trend analysis and opportunity assessment.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complicated data, prepare detailed reports, and engage collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis within the UAE or GCC region is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, plus knowledge of statistical software is a distinct benefit.
  • A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or related disciplines is required; advanced degrees or certified credentials are a bonus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to meet deadlines and employ systematic problem-solving and documentation processes.
  • Willingness and ability to operate effectively on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
