About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily data exports from the fintech system to detect missing or inconsistent data entries.
• Reconcile transaction database figures with final monthly reports to uncover discrepancies.
• Maintain and revise internal documentation and standard operating procedures whenever reporting processes are updated.
• Investigate system logs to determine causes of failed scheduled data synchronizations and communicate findings to the technical team.
• Organize and simplify complicated spreadsheets to enhance manageability for the client.
• Confirm accuracy of new user tagging flow into financial reporting tools after system upgrades.
• Manage shared email queues, responding to report requests and consolidating data from dashboards.
• Monitor completion of data cleanup tasks to guarantee resolution prior to monthly close.

Candidate Profile
