About the Role

We are inviting Pharmacists interested in Relief Pharmacist positions based in County Meath, Ireland. These roles provide flexibility regarding work hours, with the possibility of part-time or full-time engagement.

Key Duties

• Maintain a high standard of patient care that encourages positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
• Support the Supervising Pharmacist in achieving operational goals and executing company policies.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to develop effective care solutions for customers and patients.
• Assist in managing the pharmacy's professional, clinical, ethical, and financial operations in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in group healthcare initiatives and company marketing events.
• Share updates with the team regarding business performance and newly introduced initiatives.
• Engage in staff training and foster the professional growth of pharmacy personnel.
• Provide performance reports concerning the store and employees to the Pharmacist Regional Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess current PSI registration and hold a Pharmacy degree.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with initiative.
• Drive revenue and business growth within both the dispensary and retail store areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse personalities.
• Consistently promote outstanding customer service throughout the store environment.
