About the Role
ORS Group is expanding its Psychology team and invites an experienced Registered Psychologist to join a nationally connected team of over 200 professionals. This role provides a chance to enhance clinical skills within a supportive environment across various service pathways such as NDIS and private sectors. The psychologist will deliver evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, and DBT alongside psychological assessments covering mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism, and ADHD. Training and development opportunities are available to improve competencies, particularly in cognitive and autism assessments. Candidates with endorsements in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, or Educational and Developmental Psychology will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
The role includes providing clinical psychological services across multiple environments such as clinics, family homes, disability group homes, day programs, and schools. There is flexibility to manage one’s own client calendar and work part-time or reduced hours while aiming to allocate clients near the practitioner’s location. Staff also have access to remote work resources to support a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- Ability to register with AHPRA, including Registrar program eligibility or clinical endorsement in psychology specialties (clinical, neuropsychology, educational and developmental, forensic).
- Possession of a car and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness or ability to obtain necessary clearances: National Police Check, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
