About the Role
Our client, an established utilities organisation in Ireland's public sector, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator based in either Kilkenny or Mullingar. This contract role offers a hybrid working model with two days onsite and three days working remotely. The position lasts until the end of the year with a likely extension to 12 months, providing a competitive daily rate of €178.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all recruitment activities while maintaining ongoing communication with regional managers and other stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, interviews, and other recruitment appointments efficiently.
- Assist in CV screening and support shortlisting candidates.
- Compile recruitment reports and ensure the accuracy of recruitment data.
- Manage job advertising campaigns across suitable platforms.
- Handle interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Administer approval processes and other recruitment-related administration tasks.
- Support offer management and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and records using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed adhering to internal guidelines and timelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in IT and ability to handle and organize large volumes of information accurately.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong capabilities in reporting and administrative tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes is highly valued.
