Role Overview

The Recruiter (HR) at ROI'ALL Real Estate will take charge of identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified real estate professionals and essential personnel to align with the company's expansion goals. Core responsibilities include managing job advertisements, screening candidate submissions, conducting interviews, liaising with management across hiring stages, and organizing the recruitment pipeline. This role necessitates close cooperation with the CEO to grasp position requirements, effectively advocate the company's strengths to prospects, and assist in successful onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience conducting full-cycle recruitment covering sourcing to selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to effectively persuade and engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Well-versed in recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems, job portals, and social media channels.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple openings and prioritize within a dynamic, deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate industry or a keen eagerness to understand the local market conditions.
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages beneficial due to diverse teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic focused on delivering a positive, professional recruitment experience.
• Academic background including a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical expertise.
