About the Role
Seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in US IT and Non-IT recruitment to join our team. The position involves sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring processes, and aiding employer branding efforts. The role operates on a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday, based at Ashar IT Park, Thane (Wagle Estate), with available pickup and drop facilities. Immediate joining is needed within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential candidates for various roles.
- Organize and manage interview schedules efficiently.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Contribute to initiatives enhancing employer branding.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and engaging with people.
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information
- Working Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
