About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to take full responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle, delivering outstanding hiring experiences to candidates and managers alike in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This role offers close collaboration with hiring managers and the opportunity to shape recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Drive recruitment outcomes efficiently in a fast-moving setting.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in English with an advanced level (C1/C2).
• Minimum of two years' experience recruiting within the U.S. market.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates effectively.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing candidate experiences.
