Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Radiographer to join our team at the Bengaluru facility. This position requires performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other radiologic exams, as ordered by medical providers. Responsibilities include patient preparation, accurate positioning, operating imaging devices, and producing high-quality images to aid diagnosis. Maintaining radiation safety regulations, adhering to clinic protocols, and keeping the workplace clean and safe are essential. The Radiographer will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel, ensuring proper documentation and supporting patient education about imaging procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in Radiologic Technology and diagnostic imaging techniques to optimize imaging outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Radiation Safety and principles to protect patients and staff during imaging procedures.
- Understanding of medical concepts relevant to diagnostic imaging and clinical workflows.
- Possession of an accredited educational qualification in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or a related discipline.
- Valid professional registration or licensing as mandated by local health authorities.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital radiology department, preferably with direct patient interaction in an on-site setting.
- Ability to comply with standard operating procedures, maintain precise records, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, dedication to patient safety, and effective communication skills with patients and team members.
