About the Role
A dedicated and employee-centric Quantity Surveying consultancy is searching for a competent Quantity Surveyor who possesses a solid grasp of pre-contract responsibilities along with familiarity with post-contract tasks. This position is located in Oxford and offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed Quantity Surveyor will receive excellent support from senior Directors while managing a diverse portfolio including commercial, hotel, and residential developments throughout Oxfordshire. Initial focus will be on a commercial office project valued at £17 million. The role involves providing comprehensive pre and post contract services, assisting major clients, and independently managing assigned accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying
- Has consultancy or Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) experience
- Knowledge or experience in Employers Agent and Project Management is advantageous
- Capable of leading client meetings and managing projects through their entire lifecycle
- Experienced in both pre-contract and post-contract processes
- Comfortable working with contracts ranging between £10 million and £30 million
Additional Information
