Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer with a minimum of five years in quantity surveying and management. Ideal candidates have prior involvement in residential and commercial projects, especially in contracting and real estate development sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform accurate quantity assessments of work performed.
• Analyze and validate construction drawings to ensure precise quantity calculations.
• Develop and verify interim payment applications, costs, and track changes in project scope.
• Evaluate and compare quotations, coordinating effectively with project teams and contractors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least five years of practical experience in quantity surveying within contracting and real estate development environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel spreadsheets; familiarity with quantity management software is preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting capabilities.
