About the Role
A leading pharmaceutical organization in County Waterford is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Specialist on a 12-month contract basis. The specialist will play a vital role in streamlining and standardizing quality processes, enhancing cycle times, and applying risk-based strategies across continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Duties
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to pinpoint opportunities for quality enhancements and deploy effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate key quality metrics to identify trends and areas in need of improvement.
- Lead and oversee continuous improvement projects employing suitable methodologies.
- Assist in the deployment and adoption of new quality systems and technological tools.
Role Requirements
- Possession of a relevant scientific or engineering degree.
- Demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical industry focusing on quality systems and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on knowledge and practical experience with digital transformation initiatives and AI-enabled tools.
Additional Information
This position offers a chance to influence quality management practices significantly within a pharmaceutical setting. Key competencies include familiarity with GMP, CAPA, deviations, change control processes, root cause analysis, and quality metrics interpretation.
