About the Role
Join SyBridge Technologies as a Quality Engineer responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities within the Galway facility. This position ensures that products comply with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks, while fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product inspections and complete Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR).
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance for components.
- Maintain and manage ISO systems, focusing on ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Plan and implement Quality Management System (QMS) strategies and control changes.
- Drive development of quality policies and procedures.
- Lead internal audits and maintain calibration records to ensure compliance.
- Certify product components aligning with quality management standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Formal qualifications in quality control and assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD and SolidWorks for programming and design interpretation.
- Strong ability to interpret detailed technical drawings for components.
- Experience generating Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Vision System (OGP) programs, with OGP familiarity being an advantage.
- Understanding of molding techniques and related terminology.
