Role Overview
Jay Jay Mills (India) Private Limited is looking to hire a Quality Controller based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. This position is open to freshers as well as candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. Candidates holding any degree are eligible to apply, but those with a background in textiles are preferred. The salary offered is competitive within the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct garment inspections during production to identify defects and analyze their causes.
- Collaborate closely with production and merchandising teams to drive quality enhancements.
- Monitor stitch counts throughout sewing stages to ensure consistency.
- Verify collar attachments and assess overall garment symmetry.
- Detect, document, and report garment defects accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on quality observations and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure that all products meet company quality standards and comply with buyer requirements.
Minimum education
