About the Role

Based in Casino, Northern Rivers NSW, this position involves joining a family-owned farming and export enterprise recognized globally in the natural ingredients sector, specifically essential oils. The opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual seeking a dynamic role encompassing manufacturing, administrative tasks, accounts, and quality assurance. The role is hands-on with an emphasis on gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in activities across manufacturing, administration, accounts, and quality assurance departments.
  • During harvest seasons, work shifts within the distillation facility and assist other business areas as necessary.
  • Support various segments of the business by stepping into different functions when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency and confidence in using Outlook/email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Xero accounting software are preferred.
  • Previous experience in administration or quality assurance is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Reliability, strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a broad knowledge of business operations.
  • Commitment to building a career within the natural ingredients farming and export industry.

  • Expected casual employment with approximately 20 to 40 hours per week.
