Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Full-Stack Developer with over three years of experience to develop, maintain, and upgrade our specialized broadband CRM platform. The role involves backend development using Python frameworks, frontend design, database management, API integration, and ensuring seamless operations of CRM functionalities.

Key Duties

• Develop and enhance a custom CRM system utilizing Python technologies.
• Create robust and secure backend components using Flask or Django frameworks.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for both internal use and third-party platform integrations.
• Build responsive administrative interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement secure user authentication, role-based authorization, and permissions.
• Develop CRM modules covering leads, customer data, agent management, broadband services, and operational workflows.
• Integrate communication and payment services including calls, SMS, email, and other external platforms.
• Design and optimize database schemas in MySQL or PostgreSQL to ensure high performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application, database, API, and server-related technical issues.
• Enhance the application’s speed, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and handle deployment to production environments.
• Work collaboratively with management, design, and operational teams to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
• Maintain backups, logs, and documentation related to deployment and application management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal developer is dependable and detail-conscious, capable of assuming responsibility for an existing Python CRM platform. They must be adept at understanding complex business processes, addressing production challenges, and independently creating scalable features.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years in professional software development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Flask and/or Django.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design and software development principles.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs and handling JSON.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent CSS frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases, mainly MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Knowledge of user authentication, session management, and role-based access control.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience deploying Python applications on Linux servers with technologies such as Nginx and Gunicorn.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently analyze and maintain existing codebases.

Desired Additional Expertise

• Background in developing CRM, ERP, call center, or broadband management systems.
• Experience integrating telephony services, dialers, or cloud-based calling APIs.
• Working knowledge of Redis, Celery, and asynchronous background task processing.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Digital Ocean, or Hostinger VPS.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Understanding of application security best practices including data and API protection.
• Knowledge of designing reporting dashboards and data export functionalities.

Educational Credentials

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates demonstrating strong practical experience with an impressive project portfolio will also be considered.
