Job Overview
As a Python AI/ML Fullstack Developer at Virtusa Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, you will be entrusted with designing, developing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems. Collaborating closely with AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM Developers, including Salesforce experts, your role will involve working with advanced GenAI models such as Gemini GPT4 alongside traditional NLP and Deep Learning models. A vital aspect will be ensuring the ethical use and evaluation of these machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM Development to create and deploy machine learning solutions.
- Implement and retrain GenAI models like Gemini GPT4 and conventional NLP/Deep Learning models to maintain performance and relevance.
- Continuously evaluate machine learning models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and machine learning technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to the development team on ML-related challenges.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the machine learning systems through thorough troubleshooting and regular testing.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of machine learning infrastructure, processes, and systems for future audits and knowledge retention.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a comparable role within the industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming focused on machine learning applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work effectively within diverse, collaborative engineering and architectural teams.
