Overview

Anand Systems Engineering is seeking a Purchase Executive to oversee procurement activities essential for smooth production operations. The role involves sourcing raw materials, components, and production supplies while maintaining efficient coordination with suppliers and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise purchasing of raw materials and production inputs required for manufacturing.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, monitor deliveries, and conduct necessary follow-ups.
• Evaluate supplier prices critically and negotiate to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate purchase documentation, update supplier databases, and track stock levels aligned with operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with Stores, Accounts, and Production teams to synchronize procurement and inventory management.
• Guarantee that materials are procured and available in a timely manner according to company schedules.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 27,000 per month.
