Overview
A prominent Management Advisory company based in Ghana is currently looking for an accomplished Proposal Writer to join their headquarters in Accra. This role demands a skilled professional to lead proposal creation, tender document preparation, and undertake corporate prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical proposals aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions in accordance with procurement guidelines.
- Drive corporate prospecting initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and development initiatives for strategic advantage.
- Build and sustain strong connections with clients and senior purchasing officials through various communication channels including meetings, phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Lead negotiation processes to finalize business agreements while maintaining in-depth awareness of current market trends.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years’ professional experience specifically in proposal writing.
- Proven expertise in drafting and managing tender documentation.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a Master's degree considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in French language will be considered a significant plus.
