Role Overview

We are recruiting a highly capable Proposal Coordinator to join our Dubai studio. This role supports a diverse clientele in sectors like urban development, retail, healthcare, and hospitality. The position requires effective negotiation, communication, and project management to create impactful proposals that align with LIMAH’s standards and client expectations.

Key Duties

• Collect project details and coordinate between clients and internal teams to produce customized, superior proposals.
• Maintain LIMAH’s brand integrity and quality standards across all submission materials, focusing on design and presentation.
• Develop and manage proposal timelines, fees, scopes, status tracking, outcome documentation, and process improvement feedback.
• Support project onboarding and nurture client relationships through project completion.
• Conduct market research and initiate contact with potential clients.
• Examine Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for scope clarity, assemble proposals, and apply solid knowledge of architectural and interior design commercial and technical criteria.
• Construct financial pricing models and fee proposals for internal review.
• Manage multiple bids concurrently in a demanding environment, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards.
• Drive business growth by securing new projects and promoting LIMAH’s expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years’ experience coordinating proposals in architectural or interior consultancy in the UAE.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Office, and Adobe InDesign.
• Graphic design capability to develop visually appealing documents and presentations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced setting and new technical tools.
• Confident in client engagement to clarify RFP specifics.
• Well-versed in commercial contractual terms, payments, and scope definitions.
