Property Advisor

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Property Advisor to join our team in Dubai. This position requires expertise in real estate development and the ability to guide clients through property purchase or investment opportunities. Candidates must possess extensive market knowledge, strong communication skills, and the capability to establish trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Explain real estate development projects to clients and assist throughout the purchase journey.
• Provide comprehensive details about property features, pricing, payment structures, and legal formalities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to increase property sales.
• Work in conjunction with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Organize and conduct property tours and site visits highlighting development advantages.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory policies in the UAE real estate sector.
• Accurately prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and related documents in a timely manner.
• Meet and strive to surpass personal sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Advisor or an equivalent position within UAE real estate development.
• In-depth understanding of UAE property legislation, RERA guidelines, and development workflows.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to establish rapport and trustworthiness with potential clients.
• Client-centric approach combined with a sales-driven mindset.
• Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferable.
