Job Overview
As the Project Manager Officer (PMO) at Panamari Holding, you will act as the pivotal coordinator for the COO, ensuring smooth monitoring, tracking, and synchronization of cross-departmental activities. Your core responsibility is to streamline the Payment Integration Lifecycle while effectively aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance teams. You will translate the strategic vision into a clear, structured, accessible, and reliable execution plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the central point of contact for the COO by consolidating all global projects into a single comprehensive overview.
- Create and maintain live dashboards using tools such as Jira, Monday, or Tableau to monitor project status, resource allocation, and delivery pace.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings among Department Heads to address dependencies and resource conflicts.
- Manage the full lifecycle of payment integrations with PSPs and banks from the evaluation of API documentation through to live production deployment.
- Develop and standardize an Integrations Playbook aimed at shortening the Time-to-Market for launching new payment methods.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to align sprint capacities with business priorities under Agile methodologies.
- Identify projects at risk proactively and provide mitigation strategies including trade-offs or resource reallocations for the COO’s consideration.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory frameworks including PCI DSS, PSD2, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in Project or Program Management, including at least 3 years within Fintech, Payments, or Orchestration sectors, and a minimum of 1 year leading a team of two or more members.
- Strong technical understanding of API architectures, Webhooks, and Payment Flow mechanisms.
- Expert proficiency in project management platforms such as Jira and Confluence, along with specialized PMO software.
- Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and a willingness to adapt to new locations and environments.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into routine work processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Academic credentials in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
