Xebia is seeking an experienced Project Manager fluent in Arabic to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience managing projects in dynamic environments.
Role Overview
The role focuses on leading and overseeing comprehensive project and product delivery aligned with organizational goals and client requirements. This leadership position requires managing projects through all stages, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring governance and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
- Create comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress meticulously, address risks proactively, and achieve timely milestone completion.
- Collaborate with various teams to define, prioritize, and clarify project needs.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing clear status updates and progress reports to all relevant parties.
- Implement Agile practices to support iterative project development and promote continuous enhancement.
- Lead collaborative groups that integrate business, technical, and control function insights.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting messaging accordingly.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, initiating measures to mitigate them promptly.
- Ensure projects conform to company policies, protocols, and industry standards.
- Apply extensive knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methods.
- Manage contractual obligations, governance frameworks, audit processes, and escalation protocols efficiently.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project proficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are preferred.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong command of Arabic language is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management roles.
- Proficient in project management software and tools including Jira and MS Project.
